Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Austin, TX)

Cedar Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
