Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Anchorage, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
