Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
