Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Wren Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
