Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Fern Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
