Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 906 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance.
