Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Quill Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
