Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in San Jose with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
