Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
