Rivermark Bridge Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
