Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Farms Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
