Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
