Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bluepeak Union Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Rochester with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
