Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Farms Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
