Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
