Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
