Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Partners is a Columbus logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
