Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
