Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
