Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
