Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield West Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
