Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
