Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Silverline Oak Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
