Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
