Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Ironwood Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Fort Worth with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
