Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Nova Birch Freight Group is a Jackson logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 489 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
