Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Orchard Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
