Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
