Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
