Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bright Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
