Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
