Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Raleigh with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
