Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners is a Orlando logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
