Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
