Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Houston region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
