Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
