Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
