Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We reward reliability. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
