Summit Ashton Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
