Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software.
