Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Group supplies farm and food customers across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
