Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads.
