Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Omaha, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
