Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
