Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
