Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Miami. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
