Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Clear Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
