Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
