Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
