Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Quarry Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
